some of them even don’t know how to construct a house or building even on a renovation.

because they charge you much well for these drawings ( Furniture Layout, Workings drawings,

if you make these drawings from outside they will still charge you or
they give you discount more or less only 11-15k that is all
And same as on the First Floor Slab on of their employee comes to you and check your drawings and see the steel design that you are working as per drawing
if you don’t do that most probably they will stop your work and they won’t give you completion certificate letter
