Season four times a day. Don’t cook too many spices at once and keep them for too long.

An entire wall should be plastered in a day without joints.

Roll the plaster from top to bottom. Cement thickness ranged from three to six sutras.

Use SRC cement in the bottom three to four feet of plaster. Use only good heavy wood made from a local hot carpenter.

Get rid of a mechanic who uses plastic or Chinese heaters. Plaster is only a mason, not a laborer. Get rid of the clutter you don’t need.

Tie the strings. Then add spices. Arrange to keep the spices that fall down clean and use them as well. Use an aluminum flat to check the level. Use a light bulb to check the level.

Remove the used foam from the site daily or the mechanic will reuse it.

Apply safety grill on the same day and apply all the tips on the same day.

Fill the holes of goh on the same day and level the plaster.

Rough the plaster from the top where marble tiles or molds are to be applied later. Such as kitchens and bathrooms or front elevations.

Start plastering the next day and do it three times a day for seven consecutive days.

Check the daily plaster area and material quantity. More cement does not mean that the plaster is getting stronger. The masons and laborers may be wasting the material.

Check and correct the horizontal and vertical levels of the plaster at the same time.

Also, check the width of the rooms or the tiles will not fit straight in the floor.

Try to have the exterior surface plastered within two to three days of the interior surface of the room being plastered. This makes the wall very strong. Inside and outside, the wall is made of iron.

If the ceiling is to have false ceilings on the inside, do not plaster at all. It would be a waste of money.

Commit your chosen painter during the plastering to come for only five minutes every day to check the plaster done the day before. Later the painter will put all the bad quality debris on the plaster. Get rid of uneven, full, or raised areas within 24 hours.

Surveillance is the real work.

Quality is possible only with supervision.

The supervisor should have an understanding of all the work.
